A licensed broker, Suzi has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate. She began her career in 2000 in the mortgage industry, where she became a top-producing loan officer, and she still leverages that skill set to benefit her clients. When helping buyers, she determines whether they’ll prequalify for a loan, recommends lenders, and finds alternative financing options if they exist. When helping sellers, she looks at more than just the offer — she puts it in context with their overall financial goals. Whether her clients are shopping for their first single-family home or looking to grow their portfolio, Suzi has candid conversations with them so they can understand the financial impact of their decisions.
When it’s time to negotiate, Suzi leans on her commercial real estate background. Having been on that side of the industry since 2011, she has next-level negotiation skills that stem from time spent in large-scale deal-making. She also has a talent for finding the win-win in every win, due in no small part to her ability to listen intently, build lasting relationships, and make people feel comfortable.
Suzi has lived in the Inland Empire and Riverside County throughout her adult life, and she loves connecting people to the abundant real estate opportunities available in the region.
