Looking to sell your home, Suzi Trinidad is the agent for you. She is open and honest. We listed our house higher than the neighborhood comp, yet we ultimately got out of the house what we wanted. She initially had an open house on the first Sunday of the listing, with success. We received an offer pretty quickly, and she helped us with all of the details that come with selling the house. When escrow closed, we still had some things to clear up and she was right there to help us along. When you need her, she responds immediately, you are not having to track her down. She knows you are important and treats you that way.
